Full Service is Back!!! Starting Tuesday, May 16th. Cafe Chihuahua has a rich history that dates back to its founding by Manuel and Alejandra Medina. The Medinas started off as a bakery, but with time, their passion for food and love for their culture inspired them to transform the business into a Mexican restaurant. Cafe Chihuahua quickly became known for its delicious food and authentic flavors, inspired by the cuisine of Chihuahua, Mexico. The restaurant's success led the Medinas' son, George Medina, to open a new location on Federal. Under George's leadership, Cafe Chihuahua became a local favorite, attracting customers from all over with its traditional recipes and warm hospitality.
