The Piro tribe founded Socorro, TX after fleeing the Pueblo Revolt of 1680 in Socorro, NM. Cafe Piro is a brave space and homage to all indigenous peoples. From the hand-made ceramic plates to the seasonal cuisine, we are proud to serve the community through love and the traditions of our Piro ancestors.
