It's always a pleasure to be welcomed by George. He's friendly and knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction when it comes to coffee beans and different roasts. We are obsessed with the medium roasted "Nobel" espresso. Always freshly roasted and never disappoints. Very reasonably priced for the high quality product. 100% would recommend!

I was looking for a really good coffee roaster in Laval. I had been using one that I felt was starting to become really stale. A friend of mine told me about this place that's in Saint Rose and I looked it up and I found out that it was next to a Mini Golf, took the kids Golfing while I checked out the coffee hehe. I thought to myself how can there be really good coffee up here. I was shocked and surprised to be honest. I tried one of their coffees for my espresso Breville machine. And it was the Espresso Crema that I bought, a small pouch at first. George the owner gave me a few other samples to try out. After coming home and grinding and brewing, I can tell you without a doubt. This has got to be the most luxurious and aeromatic coffee i have tasted in a long time. The smell and pour was luxurious I was pretty shocked cause i didnt think this place could produce something like this. This is gonna be my new go to place for anything Espresso or coffee at this point and I urge you to look into it. They have single blends and mixed my Crema was a mix with some Robusta.

I am glad the owner is polite and came to apologize as they were feeling overwhelmed with a recent burst of popularity and lack of employees, we understand but still wish to share my experience. We stopped there for a quick snack after activities around, it was lively, not too overcrowded with open seats and clean area. We ordered two cheeseburgers, a fries and a poutine.. I asked for no cheese in mine due to lactose intolerance(no burger trio here), if it was possible to add it to my boyfriend's burger as I was still paying the extra 3$ for the trio. Too complicated, I said ok no problem. All dressed with ketchup? The owner told me to add it in my burger from the ketchup sitting in the sun, too complicated but still said they would do it. We received two cheeseburgers and we had to bring it back for a NO CHEESE. The owner was arguing and slammed the window silently when my boyfriend said thank you for correcting the cheeseburger trio without cheese plus the tip we gave initially, and sadly the hamburger didn't have ketchup in it. We won't be coming back. Overall for the food, fries were fresh but not salted and very little seasoning in the meat or poutine, just an average snack bar for me.
