About me Alejandro nava Started to work as a busboy back in 1994 in restaurant industry at cafe español in Manhattan Two year after my father moises nava decided to take a great venture on partner with Eliseo nava and brother in law Ricardo Aguayo at el olivo restaurant in the heart of Astoria having a successful place in every aspect, service food and ambiance. Work there for 12 beautiful years learning all abilities needed in the restaurant industry . In 2009 I had the bless by opening our own restaurant along with Eliseo and moises nava "cafe ole restaurant " since 2009 cafe ole restaurant has been very successful and popular spot in the neighborhood . And now here we are with mr James archer on board with new venture far away from home
