They forcefully imposed service charge and refused to give free drinking water even after showing the supreme court ruling mandating restaurants to provide free drinking water. The packaged water was charged more than the MRP.

Can I rate 0 stars? Food really bad Service worse! Only good thing was the few minutes when DJ played Hindi songs. We had prebooked using Swiggy dineout, and the staff told us they levy a service charge of 7% on all prebooking. Service charge as per govt rule is optional, but they said we had to pay it or else we can go out of the place. And their argument was this was mentioned in the Swiggy dineout (which wasn’t, not the amount 7%). We asked for regular water, they said they don’t have regular water not even warm water and we were forced to pay ₹50 per bottle. For warm water they said they will boil the bottled water and then charge us! AC doesn’t even work, it was so so hot. We asked the staff to decrease the temperature of AC and they were like this is the maximum. It was so hot. For people who wanna go there, please stay away. There are much better pubs in Hyderabad than this :)

Ravi was very apt in taking orders and provided us with a very good experience. I would highly recommend this place for having some loud time(you can barely hear the other person) with friends and your loved ones.

The worst Pub I ever seen especially the DJ is worst he is just Lerner he don’t know how to play music

I really want to share my experience for tonight, though i am a regular customer of this restaurant, but today i felt that they don’t have any respect or interest towards there repeated guest.. so i usually go walk in or i book over the call.. and trust me when i say our bill is usually more then 7-8k for two people which we are ok because we are good to drinks.. today i booked a table from zomato, which was booked only for one., with 40% discount, so one of the lady server ask me to cancel it & ask to rebook for 3, as we were 3 on the same table, so asked for my server who almost serves me everytime ahmed, By tge time i explain him he clicked on my booking & cancel it.. so we had an argument with the manager as we booked n now it’s not taking a booking.. so when we were pissed we asked for the bill as we have already order for one drink so the manager shows up Mr Prashant & promise us being a regular customer they will consider our booking so my friend made a booking online with 40% , at the time of billing we see our booking has been cancelled by the manager prashant or by the restaurant so that they don’t have to apply to our bill.. we were really pissed,. Like for real.. you guys literally lost your business, second i was such a honest & loyal customer to u.. just for the full amt & not give discount you spoiled our night.. you guys are biggest scammers i have seen till now.. i am myself from hospitality background n trust me how it works.. so inshort.. last time.. & will make sure all my friends who go there will stop.. you guys are greedy & scammers

A small and cozy place to spend an evening with friends. Decent interiors, service was quick but staff were little reluctant to adhere to the basic requests. We requested for a change of table but staff were not responding properly even though 50% of the tables were empty. Food was good, must try chicken ghee roast, cheese poppers and popcorn chicken. White pasta was the worst though. We visited this place on a weekend for dinner, d.j was good and the sound system could have been better. The menu is pricey for the food & service and they provided.
