      Acai puree blended with fruit such as banana & strawberries, and more. Served with Granola on top with your choice of 3 toppings. Add more toppings to create your own bowl. When ordering online to-go we'll place your order in the freezer until you arrive.

    • Lumpia Spring Roll

      Lumpia is a Filipino version of a fried spring roll we hand craft. Made in a thin crispy wrapper stuffed with ground chicken, carrots, cabbage and bean sprouts. Order includes two Lumpia
    • Pork Hash Shumai

      Pork Hash Shumai are Chinese dumplings stuffed with ground pork, shrimp and water chestnut. These steamed dumplings are deliciously tasty. They are served as a type of dim sum and include 2 per order.
    • Manapua

      Manapua is a steamed Bao bun filled with Chinese style barbecue-flavored cha siu pork. They are served as a type of dim sum.
    • Musubi

      Pronounced moo-sue-bee (with a Hawaiian accent of course) is the dish that gives Hawaii the reputation for being the SPAM capital of the world. Musubi consists of a layer of rice sprinkled with Nori Furikake (rice seasoning), a slice of Teri marinated SPAM grilled to caramelize the marinade, a slice of sweet egg pancake all wrapped in a sheet of Nori (sushi seaweed paper). Sometimes referred to as SPAM sushi, Musubi is eaten like a sandwich perfect for breakfast, lunch or a snack on the go.
  • Poke Bowls

    • Ahi Poke

      Our Poke is a Buzz's classic. We purchase our Ahi from the waters of Hawaii, and our Ogo is grown on the North Shore of Oahu keeping our Poke true Kanaka. The Poke plate includes 2 scoops of raw Ahi poke, 2 scoops of white rice and 1 scoop of Hawaiian Mac salad.
    • Salmon Poke

      Our Salmon Poke is prepared authentic Hawaiian style. The Poke plate includes 2 scoos of raw Ahi poke, 2 scoops of white rice and 1 scoop of Hawaiian Mac salad.
    • California Roll Poke

      Our California Roll Poke is a play on the California Sushi Roll that includes crab, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo mixed with Ahi Poke.
    • Octopus Poke

      We purchase whole Tako (octopus) and prepare it ourselves so you receive the most tender bite possible.
  • Main Dishes

    • Teriyaki Chicken Plate

      Dark meat chicken marinated overnight in our own sauce. Then grilled to a sweet savory glaze. This dish is a mild marinade loved by children and adults. Served with two scoops of white rice and island mac salad.
    • Teriyaki Steak Plate

      Thinly sliced beef is marinated overnight in our own Hawaiian Teriyaki sauce. It's then nicely grilled bringing out all the flavors of Hawaii. Served with two scoops of white rice and island mac salad.
    • Kalua Pig Plate

      What is a luau without a Hawaiian smoked pig? Our Kalua pig is slow cooked to a juicy perfection with a touch of saltiness. It's served with cabbage we've sauteed in our house spices. Served with two scoops of white rice and mac salad.
    • Loco Moco

      This dish was created at the Lincoln Grill in Hilo on the Big Island to satisfy the hunger of local teenagers after surfing. The dish consists of white rice, topped by a seasoned hamburger patty, a fried egg all smothered in brown gravy.
    • Paniolo Chili Plate

      The first cowboys (Poniolos) to the islands came to the Big Island from California bringing traditional Mexican cowboy grub. Our Paniolo chili is a family recipe using island ingredients such as beef, Portuguese sausage, celery and beans. Served with two scoops of white rice. Mainly served in the Fall/Winter months.
    • Kalbi Rib Plate

      Our Korean BBQ ribs are specially cut and marinated overnight in our own blend of spices. Grilled to perfection these ribs are mouth watering. Served with two scoops of rice and island mac salad.

    • Teri Steak Sandwich

      Teri Bun is the king of the Hawaiian Drive-in scene. Thinly sliced beef is marinated overnight in our own Teri sauce. It's then grilled and heaped on a toasted King's Hawaiian Sweet bread bun. Dressed with a swipe of mayonnaise, a slice of Napa cabbage.
    • Kalua Pig Sandwich

      Our Kalua pig is slow cooked to juicy perfection. It's then served on a toasted King's Hawaiian Sweet bread bun topped with our own tangy Hawaiian slaw and Lilikoi BBQ sauce.
    • Katsu Chicken Sandwich

      Chicken Katsu is a Panko crusted chicken breast that's lightly fried. It's served on a toasted 3.5" Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread bun topped with tangy Katsu sauce, Asian Mayo and Napa Cabbage. Add fries or Mac salad for a complete meal.

      Our Paniolo chili is a family recipe using island ingredients such as beef, Portuguese sausage, celery and beans.

    • Hawaiian Mac Salad

      Brought to the islands by the New England missionaries Hawaiian Macaroni Salad is affectionately called Mac Salad throughout the islands. The salad consists of macaroni noodles, mayonnaise, celery, carrots and seasoning. This simple, yet tasty side dish is a staple with Hawaiian plate lunches and picnics. Eat one scoop and you'll be hooked.
    • Hawaiian Fried Rice

      Our fried rice is traditional Hawaiian style. It includes such yummy treats as Portuguese sausage, fried SPAM, Komoboko, carrots, celery. It's wok fried with ginger, garlic and other yummy ingredients. Hawaiian Fried rice is not as heavy in Shoyu as other fried rices giving it a less salty flavor and a more white appearance.
    • Pineapple Fried Rice

      Our Pineapple Fried Rice is similar to our traditional Hawaiian style without the meat or Komoboko. It makes a great Vegan dish. It includes cilantro, carrots, celery and pineapple for a fresh citrus flare. It's wok fried with ginger, garlic and other yummy ingredients.
    • Kimchi Fried Rice

      We take our Hawaiian Fried Rice and add a cup of Kimchi (Korean ferminted Napa cabbage with chili spices) wok the two together.
    • Poke Cup

      We take our popular Ahi Tuna Poke and serve it in a 3 oz cup to compliment any main dish.
    • Lomi Salmon Salad

      Lomi Salmon is a Hawaiian staple at luaus. It's made from salt cured salmon, mixed with sweet onions, green onions and diced tomato. We serve it in 3 oz cups to compliment any main dish.
    • White Rice

      Our Calrose Botan rice is traditional white short grain sticky rice. It's Non-GMO verified. Add two scoops to any meal.

      Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Don't knock it until you try it. We lightly grill slices of SPAM and serve it with white rice and an egg. True locals put ketchup on their white rice.
