Buttery Baking House specializes in slow dough: both naturally leavened breads and viennoiserie. This is a from-scratch, small batch bakery that draws on baking traditions from Our country of origin, El Salvador, and from around the world, to create a selection of handcrafted sweet and savory pastries , breads and small sweets. Our products are made with classic methods that i learned by working alongside my mother, grandmother and artisanal bakers, and yet have a character of my own. Our baked goods have a modern aesthetic and flavor profile, our philosophy and attention to quality are values shared by the products we uses in our baked goods. A priority for us is to source seasonal, organic from local farmers when possible .
