In 2007, we opened our Butterscotch pastry shop, also known as our happy place, reviving the charm of history. Our fresh pastries are made daily, with our renowned croissants and delicacies crafted by our talented pastry chefs, Jane and Stephanie. Additionally, we are celebrated for our delicious breakfast and lunch offerings, created by chef Francis from Birchrunville Café and his wife, Nui Pascal.
