Burger was good. It was favorable, juicy.

The burger and bun were completely smashed/flattened in my to go cash. I also purchased the urban fries and for fries that had multiple things on them, they literally had zero flavor.

Burgers are steroid and antibiotic free, but also flavor free. I like the buns one of the best I've had . The onion rings were ok , but not worth what they charge you. All and all it tasted like fast food fir 20 dollars. I will go to Culver's over this any day

Today I have special request to order a spicey chicken sandwich . The store manger took great care of me and created a spicy chicken sand which upon my request to just add Hot sauce . He went out of his way to make a difference and I throughly enjoyed my food and visit .

The worst managed Burgerfi I have patronized. Please train your staff not to kill the Wagu or $12 dollar burgers. I will avoid the Raleigh NC location and drive to Cary NC. Just move here from DC Metro. Sooooo disappointed! James

I ordered the CEO burger through Door Dash. Surprisingly, the Wagu patties were replaced with Angus without my request. The patties I had in the past when I tried the CEO burger were tender and of excellent quality. However, the ones I received today were not as good - they were tough, dry, and cookie cutter round. It is highly unethical to fail to deliver items that customers have purchased. I have decided that this will be my final order from this chain.

First time at a BurgerFi. Burger was good. I would order differently next time. I would add Mayo and ketchup. Leave off the Fi sauce. They have Veggie Burgers and Impossible Burgers, but no vegan cheese. I have a dairy allergy. We were not asked if we wanted single or doubles. I only need a single. Fries were very good. My partner had a chocolate shake. Rated very good. Atmosphere was ok. Restaurant was cold. Servers were very pleasant. I would go again, but take a different approach. But. Vegan cheese should be an option! Dietary restrictions: Fi sauce is dairy free.
