Burger Monger

Went into the restaurant for an Uber eats order pickup and the manager on duty (tall white male with short hair), was openly speaking about a coworker who has/potentially has autism and stating they're mentally "slow" and can't perform like regular people. I, who has autism myself, was absolutely disgusted and will never EVER step foot in there again. Incredibly dishonorable and it's a horrible look that whoever hired him let's him stick around because I'm sure this wasn't his first rodeo.

Cashier got order wrong which was a little disappointing. But when I informed the order was wrong their response was sorry she didn’t charge you for that. And they asked me if I want to purchase the upgrade I requested at the beginning. I said no and ate the food. The food was good and hot and the fries was crispy. And the tea was good also.

I'm very sorry for this review, but you have to fix some things. So,,, My order came wrong, and when I asked to be fixed they wanted to charge me more money... Hello... It's your mistake,NOT mine. I definitely won't come back.

They post a young female in the front (to take your order) and two sweaty dudes in the back (cooking the food). The cooks are right infront of you, shoving their fingers in their mouth with the food they just cooked while scowling at you. I could literally see the chef shove, a mouth full of french fries in his mouth and his fingers in his mouth while cooking food. Period don’t order delivery from here go pick it up yourself and see for yourself what I’m talking about. I paid for the food and threw it away, because the inside of his mouth was all over my food. But you don’t know that unless you actually go inside the restaurant and see the cook right in front of you.… I think that’s actually their bragging point to have their cooks right in front of you , maybe they should tell them not to shove food in their mouth right in front of the customers.

I get the wonderful burgers at least once a week. But the Tuesday Philly special is HORRIBLE. They should call it the BREAD SANDWICH! Hardly no meat and singed to the core!

Management of the orders. They were supper slow and the beef patties were the same king of meant u would get at any grocery store mixed with require prices and at top dollar.

This food is garbage, lazy and poorly executed. Not EVER have a received worse food from delivery. My sandwich (Philly) was burned. The bread was stale and there was a SINGLE slice of cheese melted into a ball. Absolutely awful.

Always on Mondays, 1/2 off burger day ! Love their fresh brewed tea!

The Hamburger and Philly were excellent! It was virtually empty when we went in mid afternoon on a weekday. Which was nice. But especially for my autistic teen. Who ordered herself. The woman working the counter went out of the way to be patient and kind. Which we greatly appreciate. We don't repeat visits with a lot of burger places. But we will be visiting regularly here! Thanks for a wonderful lunch!
