New BK: Even worse than the old one. If you attempt to check your food at the drive thru even with nobody behind you, the attendant returns promptly to the window with dirty looks. The reason is probably because of the drive through timers. I asked to fix my sandwich and was told to pull forward — to avoid the timer — and nobody was behind me. Ironically it took less than 1 minute the first time to “freshly” prepare my entire meal as it was handed out the window immediately when I pulled up. But ok... Then I get my food which is the worst original crispy chicken sandwich ever. I was upcharged $1.50 for cheese and the chicken seems like it’s been sitting for days in a warmer, dried out and just flat tasting. It now costs $11 for a regular size chicken meal with some cheese.
Then the $7 whopper was just disgusting. It was barely cooked, seems like it’s been sitting in a steamer for a week, it was like a water logged burger that was barely cooked and then slopped together with ketchup and mustard running out the side and all over the wrapper. Very disgusting and completely sloppy.
The fries tasted nothing like French fries. You could eat the cardboard from the container they come in for a better taste than that.
My stomach hurts after eating this and imagining how this food was prepared makes me want to throw up, but hey can’t let $19 worth of “food” go to waste.
Seriously, save your time, and your health. No matter how new the new Burger King looks, it’s even worse than the old one.
If I could zero star this review, I would. Just absolutely horrible and I actually once loved and craved Burger King. Not anymore.
Note: if I want to spend $20 on a burger meal, I’d rather try Five Guys or Burger Fi and get a meal actually worth it.
Don't work for this company. I witnessed an upsetting situation at Store 2917. A district manager and another individual were speaking with an employee, repeatedly interrupting her and silencing her attempts to communicate. The employee appeared visibly distressed, holding back tears. Later, I observed her crying and hyperventilating outside. It's clear that the district manager was dismissive and unwilling to listen to the employee's concerns.
Very good food the food was hot and delicious 10/10 this burger king is much better than before and at least they don't have E coil in there food

Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. They couldn’t seem to get the orders out to the right person even with names on them.
I was very excited to order from this Burger King in Winter Garden since it had been newly renovated. I had a question about the Halloween limited time Wednesday’s Whopper. I spoke with THREE associates (a male, an associate whose name tag read Princessa & a Hispanic female) and there was a language barrier with ALL 3 so I never got to order that burger. I was disappointed. What was even more disappointing was that I ordered HEAVY pickles on my burger and there was NOT ONE sliver of a pickle anywhere to be found. My entire experience was frustrating and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you haven’t visited this one in a while do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t regret it!
Nice to have a Burger King that looks nice however the service is sooooooo slow.
Update - they tore down the old Burger King and rebuilt it. This was the best thing they could have done. The workers very busy and had great attitudes, Ms Pam was excellent on the register and we will be coming back again soon. The whopper jr was made perfect and served hot. The fries also served hot.

We loved the experience and we all loved the limited edition Addams family halloween crowns, toys, and the purple burger bun. Mrs. Pam and the entire team were terrific and it made my kids day plus it put a big smile on their faces. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Get the bulldozer, you can knock the building down and rebuild it over and over but until someone fixes the attitude and the service and food quality it will never get better reviews. Food was mashed into bag, cold and some inedible. Promo wasn’t available but still got charged the extra money, then when waited for drinks for almost 10 minutes while at least 6-8 others had to have thier order corrected, asked to speak to a manager and was given and attitude by kid on his first day and then was told to calm down while he tried to find a manager, are you kidding big time rookie mistake to wrong person. Manager wasn’t much more help didn’t seem to know what to do or what was going on even though he was only one running register while rest of crew pretty much looked on or slapped together food and stuffed in a bag. Manager told me he couldn’t do anything because I ordered on app so had to deal with that on my own (which convienently doesn’t work or stopped working for a complaint). So at least half of that $50 order got tossed in trash where it belonged when I got home and rest partially eaten and then tossed because gross. So thanks for wasting my time and money but educating me not to ever even look at that building again much less attempt to eat there. I also found it very funny that as I walked to my car in lot 2 separate other customers asked me if it was any better since reopening I said no not at all and they shook their heads and turned around and left. Good luck your gonna need it unless someone goes in there and helps the few that seemed to know and care about what they were doing, if not get the bulldozer again.
Brand new, remodeled restaurant but the same really horrible service. The prices are really high too. 10 bucks for a Whopper. No thanks!!
We just visited this location (dining room)this morning 9/12/24 after the complete tear-down & rebuild. What a mistake!
Our order ticket was taken correctly, but it’s apparent the staff has difficulty making the food that was ordered. They put sausage on the sandwich and sausage on the breakfast burrito when it should have been bacon on each.
When returned it was so obvious that all they did was remove the sausage patty from the sandwich, threw bacon in it then microwaved the sandwich. It was wet and mushy like a sandwich would get when microwaved. So gross.
We took the entire order back to the front counter for a refund. Ms. Sharon did the refund and apologized and asked us to come back. Although I appreciate her empathy, we will NEVER be back to this BK. It was horrible before the re-do and is worse now!
The owner of this store should be embarrassed and most assuredly replaced.
This place gives me a headache every single time I come. I’d rather drive further up the street to the next Burger King for peace of mind.
