Ordered thru drive thru, and it was an awful experience. After placing my order, I waited 25 minutes. Ordered a Whopper Jr. Meal it was very cold. The person at the drove thru window was in his own world. Awful!!
This would be a good place for a restaurant don't have half the stuff on the menu. Gave less than half cup of fries on medium order burger cold and only gave 4 nuggets and fries are cold manager was rude when money requested back I won't be back to this store this is the worst service I have ever experienced at a Burger King
We placed an order online about 10 or so minutes prior to getting there and were told to wait for 5 minutes in the parking lot despite there being only one other customer at this location. All our food was there and was hot and seemed fresh, but upon getting home we noticed they didn't add the tomato that I paid extra for nor the lettuce that I added to my burger. They also forgot the bacon on my partners bacon swiss chicken sandwich. Burger King seems like it's just going downhill with their prices going up so much for mediocre food.
They only serve one customer at a time in drive thu so be prepared for at least a 10 to 20 minute wait. When you do finally make it to the window they don't know what you ordered. You have to do their job for them. At least the food is hot. Oh and stick with the simple stuff. They rarely have anything else.
Cashier was friendly but everyone else seemed miserable. No “thank you” when handed your food.
Typical BK food. Went there hoping to get onion rings, and they were out of them.
My breakfast burrito was COVERED with mold. That's the last time I grab my breakfast here.
I keep think this time it will be better but as awlays its just ok.
