Im a frequent flyer in that store. I just like to say when jackie running the show it smooth and my food is out in no time. That rachel lady was absolutely terrible today… it was like she had adhd and could not focus on taking orders. Making people wait long time to get ordered. Then walk away to talk to a staff member about something outside of business. Then Jackie came up took our order and fixed the front end. I paid attention to how the front end worked today and lord that rachel was throwing it all off
From the time i got in drive thruline until i got my order was 32 minutes. OMG not fast food. This is CRAZY.
Manager asked rudely if I was ready to order then walked far away because I was reading the menu. I counted 8 workers, too busy chatting with each other. Most of the tables were dirty. I ordered a Whopper and onion rings. They were both lukewarm and didn't taste all that good. I should have spent my $11 at Taco Bell. Disappointing for a Burger King. But they're only a good as their management.
Dingy inside.the food is ok
Slow service like minimum 10 minutes in the drive thru, and the food is always old and burnt. Skip this one
Cold, soggy, nobody would turn around after waiting 10 minutes. None of these people should have jobs
The last time I went here The food was so so today I gave them another chance the whopper was mediocre i got a large onion ring i saw the worker only fill the container half way i questioned it and she put more in i got everything home it was cold the onion rings didn't look like they were cooked all the way soggy and falling apart burger King went to hell
Excellent service, very good and hot food, fresh fries, we love eating here.
The drive-through had 6 cars waiting and we were in a hurry, so we went inside to order. We placed our order at the kiosk and then waited. They had one person taking care of the drive-through and the lobby.
Customers were already in the lobby waiting on orders and after 5 minutes customers were waiting to place their order with a cashier. You would think the one lady that was working the drive-though and lobby would have a sense of urgency but she was joking with a person in the lobby. She never considered asking for another employee to come off a break and work the register or help fill orders. I have not been to Burger King in years and this will be the last time that I go.
