Food was good but service was not. Cashier made us wait 10 minutes before she took our order. Too busy making fries. We were the only ones in line.
The food is competently assembled but the service is slow it is no longer “fast” food. Drive through is frequently closed as well
Used the app to order a few items. Sat at the speaker for 25 minutes with the attendant telling me to wait twice. Would have canceled and driven off like the others in line behind me, but the order was paid for. Of course the food was cold and they forgot the sauces.
Was given reheated onion rings or expired. Done with BK.
This is the worst fast food location ever. We stood at the register for over 10 minutes. Not one of the eight people working even acknowledged us. When they finally took the order, no apology for the wait, no "how can I help you?". On top of that, they didn't give us the full order. Had to ask for my water. Had to ask for my wife's fries. Got home and no juice in my kid's meal.
While waiting, other customers started to complain about the same issues. Zero acknowledgment from the staff.
If I was the manager or franchise owner, I'd be embarrassed.
Terrible service. Terrible food. Went through the drive thru. Car sat in front of speaker for nearly 10 minutes waiting for someone to take the order. Get up to the window, the man did not say one single word. Handed me my drinks and a bag. Missing a drink and missing onion rings…I sit and wait. He was just standing there. I assumed he was waiting on the onion rings. Still no words and 12 minutes later he hands me 2 bags of food that weren’t mine and told him I’m just waiting for onion rings. He goes and gets them and hands them to me still saying nothing. Not one single word out off his mouth. Food sucked. Sandwich lathered in mayo. HORRIBLE service. Go somewhere else. Waste of time and money. Location is ugly and dirty. Very poorly run.
Went here to try the new Wednesday whoppers . The drive through was very long so I went inside . When I went inside I went up to the counter and the two workers were standing there talking ignoring me not even taking my order . The one worker had her kid in the shop and was busy giving her ice cream and juice boxes I’m sure not out of her pocket. There were flies and bugs EVERYWHERE. VERY DIRTY AND GROSS. Rude employees who work very slowly and care more about talking . Finally getting to order they said they were out of the purple whopper buns. I left . They didn’t and will never get my money. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ! 🤢
Went inside to eat, very dirty long wait 20mins for fast food that was nasty. They only cared about the drive-thru. They got my order wrong and argued with me I was wrong when I told him to fix it. While waiting I watched 3 different customers leave because again they cared about the drive-thru. Avoid if possible. 0 🌟
Trash all over the ground,very very slow, just all around a nasty place.
Food always comes out good, but there’s a long wait. Even when the restaurant is empty.

This location is the epitome of pathetic. The wait time, the customer service, the attitude, the food tasting terrible, it checks all the boxes of a terrible restaurant; it's truly the perfect storm of awful. Every single employee should be wiped out and started over.
I've cover here about 5 times, since I work down the street. I've waited 15-20 minutes at the drive-thru, with 3 or 4 cars in front of me. They don't even apologize at the drive-thru and are insanely disrespectful. Not only that, the food is cold and the customer service is disrespectful. I'm sorry, my business is a inconvenience to you? Burger King, you've gotta gut everything here and start over. It's absolutely pathetic and inexcusable, and nobody here gives a shit about their service.
Wow! Talk about a POOR service!
Had to wait 10 minutes to even get our non-takeaway order in .... while having to put up with 'background' music that was more like a head banger concert.
THEN we had to wait 20 more minutes for our order to be handed to us ... all while 15 cars went thru the drive thru, with most coming after us.
Staff w a s working, but rather slowly. Probably based on the female manager who was spending HALF her time complaining about half a dozen different item.
FINALLY got our order only to find that they TOTALLY screwed it up and gave us items we didn't order. Needless to say, we DIDNT renew the order for fear that the place would close before we got it
But all was not lost! While we sat amongst the blaring Muzak, the female manager gointo a major shouting match with one.of the poor souls who was working ... so we at least had entertainment ...
Obviously, W O N 'T be going back there. Pity, used to go there frequently, but NO MORE!
To put it simply the restaurant was completely understaffed and the person who apparently was a manager was extremely unfriendly to the point of being hostile
Pleasant employees clean store
