Edit: 4/6/2024: Still trash. website has cheesy tots for order. They claim they don’t have cheesy tots for weeks. Also don’t have mozz sticks for a week but it’s on their menu today. Close down if you don’t have food, false advertisement af. Edit: it’s now 5/19 at 1:36am. The speaker is playing the closed sound. Guessing hours need updated for this store. Can’t say if it’s good or bad but the hours must be wrong. Rolled through at 1:50am and the drive through was saying they’re closed. Must not close at 2am. Think the hours need adjusted.

It was okay, but food was lukewarm at best and service was slow although they were busy with the drive through.

I would give zero stars if I could. The wait is always forever at this location and staff is generally disgruntled (I’d be too with their wages), but today they were completely unhelpful. My mobile order didn’t show up on their end, so their solution was to make me wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes and say there’s nothing they can do. They weren’t willing to make the food when I showed them the completed order on my end, they weren’t willing to put in a new order for me, and they weren’t willing to give me a refund. The manager was completely unhelpful and rude. 0/10. Will not be visiting again.

Always hesitate when raking my kid out and into a physical location because "customer service " has changed from what it used to be. Yet, 2 days ago, the counter worker single-handedly changed my hesitation into joy! She allowed my son to order his meal, which isn't easy for him. Her ability to interact with him directly was JUST the experience we hoped to have. She was kind, patient, and even wrote his name on the paper king hat (allowing him to spell his own name to her). To end it all, he was called by name to get his food order in hand and make him feel like an enabled child; not dis-abled. He is still wearing his paper hat proudly thanks to this great experience and wants to earn more good work days so he can return again soon. Sadly, wish I had asked for her name... for now, I'll call her Blessing!

Food and service was excellent today! The drive thru line went quickly. The employees were very pleasant. The food was cooked, prepared, and packaged very well. Absolutely nothing negative about my trip to Burger King that day.

Staff is awesome! They always make sure that everything is correct

The girl at the window acts as if you’re bothering her. Jalapeños on a kids cheeseburger? Really?
