waited in the drive thru with no greeting for several minutes before delivering our order to a sullen mumbler who needed the order repeated several times. haven't seen the shake machine working in years. if you can't staff or equip your store why have one? edit to add, we were quite surprised to notice at least 3 staff members on deck when we got to the window, so they weren't understaffed for 9:45 pm. one employee taking orders, one on grill and one assembling and serving the order should be perfectly adequate to accommodate the needs of two cars in the drive thru over a 15-minute period. unfortunately not the case here.

My experience tonight was the worst for me, I decided to download the Burger King app and order my family's food on the app and a surprise when my husband came to pick it up it turned out that our order was not there, they gave it to someone else... .? Before giving an order, the staff is supposed to ask for the number and name of the person who appears on the order and the lady who was there did not want to answer for the mistake that they themselves had made and in the end of insisting so much it was ovio Our dinner was 40 dollars, we weren't going to waste it, she made the order according to her and it turns out that they didn't give me what they wanted, it's so disappointing, really, the food is delicious but the customer service is garbage and what the lady recommended is not to use the app and then what kind of staff does burgers king have?
