Zero customer service, unfriendly staff. Just choose another location.
People were friendly, food was prepared well, a little slow on service, but acceptable
They’re charging $6.99 for chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. I can get one in Los Angeles California for $6.78, it’s the same price as if I ordered it in NYC.
Never been in here before but the service was quick and the employees were nice. Shame the quality of burgers are always crumbling
I come here almost every few days for lunch time. Today i had ordered a sundae and the lady at the 2nd window has handing it to me by holding the whole bottom, i had no choice but to grab it by the top and as soon as she let go which i was already struggling to grab on to the cup it fell and i saw her huff and puff turn around to ask for another. I had asked her for ketchup before the sundae and when she gave me the new sundae she was giving me the ketchup after and i told her not to worry about it, as i was driving off she yelled at the top of her lungs very sarcastically for me to have a nice day. This is the second time i witness this woman have an attitude issue and i dont appreciate it. She is the only nasty one i have encountered there and i really wish i would have gotten her name. I was not rude to her, i had just said not to worry about the ketchup. Very disappointed at this location for having someone with an attitude problem towards customers.
I like flame broiled although I doubt that the burgers are broiled at the location. Taste is still pretty decent. Thry sacrificed fresh broiled taste for cost and expefiency. The buns, however, are another story. They break up in your hands when holding the burger. Clearly the bread is not fresh and store buys more than they need. Probably kept frozen. I sent an e.ail to corporate and got coupons but no resolution. I now go there sporadically.
Lunch menu. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed eating there.
