Apauling service. Just Eat customer here. Ordered a meal 40 minutes before their closing time at 10pm, delivery time kept changing whilst saying that the courior was at the restaurant. Took them 30 minutes to answer the phone and then proceeded to tell me to contact just eat, that it wasn't their fault and they were closed, then straight after the call the order was cancelled (coincidence?). Order was refunded but then left us with no other takeaway option that night after a long shift. (Ordered on 5th April) Now tonight (7th April), ordered at 21:25pm. Got to 21:50pm and I tried to call, 10 tries and they finally pick up, told me that the driver left 5 minutes prior to me calling. 22:30 I got my order, an hour and ten minutes after ordering, stone cold too - absolutely terrible service. I'm a delivery driver for a pretty good fast food company and we would never treat our customers this way.

Meal was on time staff was friendly food was gd

Disgusting absolutely ignored staff showed no acknowledgement of me even being there far to busy doing just eat orders i stood for 5 mins then just left
