Ain’t dare no-mo!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time here. Ordered online went into this store to get the order first issue two people running the entire restaurant. Waited a long time just to get help. Reviewed a bag of food and was waiting on drinks. The young lady goes looking for lids to the cups. In the process of this manager stops her from getting lids to count buns. There are several other customers also still waiting to be addressed. I repeatedly say ma'am can I get my drinks. My meal is in front of me getting colder by the minute, no response from this manager after repeating asking. Employee counting buns returns to the front again I ask for my drinks and again they are still looking for lids. By those time I looked at her and said give me my drinks I will get kids for my drinks here in the front of the store. Finally received all of my order or as I thought and leave. I got home finally open the bag the burgers not only were not the burgers I ordered they are all covered in mayo when several were requested with no mayo. The food is completely ice cold and so are the fries. This order went into the trash can. I have reached out to customer services and have been informed owner of this burger has been notified always as corporate management. These have been contacted several times with no reply to my request for them to call concerning these issues. I will not give them any more of my money. I was so graciously given a 15 dollar coupon kind you my order that had to be tossed because it was not under a heating lamp ever was almost 30 dollars. So this Friday I thought maybe this was just a really bad day. So I ordered went to the restaurant showed the young lady I placed an order here is the order with order number. She replied we don't have your order. I ask well how do I get this money back. No reply to this. Manager comes in she tells her I have an order but that they bring the restaurant don't have. The manager goes right to my order because obviously the employees are not aware on how to turn on the screen that shows the order so I was standing there waiting for the food. With the exception of the onion rings not being hot at least this time my burgers were correct and microwaved so they were edible. I did receive my entire order this time also and the true order. Not just random burgers that I didn't order dressed completely wrong A plus guts for this accomplishment. Sad to see burger king has come to this at one point in time the drive through at lunch was full and so was the inside of the place and the food was great. Burger King just close your store you have no business because customers don't want to waste their money on food that is disgusting when for a few bucks more we can go to five guys and get hot fresh food and not wait around while employees have to stop and count buns instead of assisting customer. Good bye don't see you all being here in the near future dying corporation.

Everybody in this Burger King are very polite and the service was great place was clean and I would definitely go back there

I would give them zero Stars if possible. The employees at this location are always up to something. Closing early, extremely slow service, and their favorite is "we're not taking orders. Our system is down". On the off chance that you are able to place an order you always have to pull to the parking lot and wait for them to bring it out I've never gotten anything through the drive thru window. It is clear that the manager of this store is not managing anything.

Always mess my food up. Or is always out of mostly everything. Employees act like they don't want to be there

First and last time here. Placed an online order. When I went to pick up my order, I was immediately overwhelmed by a bad smell as I entered the restaurant. It smelled like old grease and sewers. The inside was filthy. All the employees were sitting around in the dining area talking loudly and doing nothing, and it took awhile for one of them to come to the counter to help me. One employee was even holding a baby and it was sitting on one of the tables. So disgusting and unsanitary! I would have walked back out had I not already paid for my food in the app. One kid made my food by himself as the other employees continued to sit around. I could tell he was annoyed, understandably. I'm probably going to catch something from eating here. This location needs to be shut down.
