Management and communication are terrible here. Went there on my lunch & was asked to move forward so they could bring my food out. When they brought it, not one word was said to me. When I thought my order was wrong, he said “damn” and walked inside without saying anything to me. No one told us that they were out of large fry cups, so our original order was correct without us knowing until we got the same thing again. Of course minus our sauce and half the lettuce on my husband’s food. Long story short, work on your customer service. I understand businesses get busy but come on… a simple “what did you get?” Instead of a “damn” would have saved them on making my order twice.

One employee outside on the phone for quite a while. One who took my order sounded like she was on the phone through some sort of headset. Soda area filthy.

Took almost 30 minutes for the order to get to us. No cars in the parking lot. Don’t waste your time.

Gave me wrong order on mobile app. People working seem mad no friendly smiles here.
