This had to be a joke! WTH. My daughter ordered Uber eats which the driver never delivered nor answered 5 phone calls yet stated she'd delivered...so I told my daughter I would go and get her what she didn't receive from the same BK. Well I got there 7 people working but took about 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the manager who took my order repeated it back and I thought great thanks. Got home... Order was wrong. I stated crispy chicken no mayo no lettuce. Printout states it but what is on the sandwich ..yep, MAYONNAISE! Asked for large fries what's inside the damn fry box a freaking ONION RING. Onions make my tongue swell..so that handful of fries I shoved in my mouth yep, messed up my tongue! I mean how hard is it ..to actually read and not put onion rings in the fry receptacle? C'mon. To BK I know help is hard to find and quality help even more hard but understand some of us feel we should be able to get what we ask and pay for. I'm one of those. The same way your staff and you work for your money so do I therefore if I spend it I expect quality. Oh yeah teach your staff to speak to acknowledge and appreciate bcs no us NO JOB at BK.

The cashier today at 3:20 made me walk right back out. I went in and said hello twice and no response, so I asked is everything OK. He response with an attitude was " can you just order sir" . My response to her was that I'm sorry to disturb her. Many fast food stores are on baltimore Avenue so I quickly walked out to another. Was my fav spot to go and I've never experienced that service before. My first time seeing her there too. Please put her in the back to cook so she is not on the front end.

Rubric ***** Much better than I expected **** Better than I expected *** What I expected. ** Worse than I expected * Much worse than I expected ** Mozzarella sticks * Marinara sauce (noticeable artificial taste) **** Fiery buffalo spicy chicken wrap (that is spicy for once ❤️ ❤️ ) **** fiery Buffalo Nuggets ** Oreo shake (how can a billion calories not have much taste?) *** Fiery big fish (too greasy and salty even for fast food) **** fries (solid) ** Ranch sauce (can I have my 30 cents back?) **** BBQ sauce (textbook generic BBQ sauce) *** (sweet and sour sauce)

The service was on point. It wS the food that needs some work. My spicy chicken was a greasy mess no Pettus or tomatoes. WHOPPER was warm as well as the onion rings. I may just get my whopper n get my sides else where.
