Drive through staff had a horrible attitude. Won't be revisiting that location again.

Horrible restaurant, Horrible service. No food available. No refund for non received items. Do not go.

This would have been the first time I tried Burger King, but I was not served even though their hours say they were open. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:25, after I got off work. There was someone else in the drive through line who was ordering (a combo and 3 pies), and I pulled up right after them. I saw their order on the screen, but no one asked me for my order. Soon another car pulled up behind me, but no one was taking our order. I waited for 15 minutes, and still no one took my order. Next I pulled up to the front door and looked inside. The door was locked, the lights were all off, and there were no employees to be seen. The hours posted on the door and on google says they should be open till 11. While trying to figure out if they were open or not, their Sygma delivery driver told me to move my car cause I was blocking their food delivery.

First time at this location here and I was impressed - superior cleanliness, calm atmosphere, good food, chill employees, no loud noises. I'll visit once again!

The food is fresh and delicious every time I have been here, and they have the nicest young people working here. Great job to the staff, you are appreciated ♡

Very worst service. I ordered dine in and they closed the main door. I went to drive thru counter for pickup and they asked me to go to order from the monitor area of the drive thru even though I don’t have a vehicle. When I went to that area and shouting at the mic, they are not even responding.

My burger was prepared as requested. The drive-thru speaker worked well; I didn't need the employee to repeat his words.

0 for 1 on correct orders. Ordered 5 sandwiches, no drinks no sides, and got 4. Luckily I checked before I left
