Buffalo Wild Wings

Avoid during lunch. Waited 25 minutes for them to pick up after getting hung up on several times then another 35 for undercooked nasty wings

3/17/24 @ 11:00 P.M Second time at this location. The tables were not clean again. Staff was not even trying to clean tables to make room for incoming guests. Floor was trashed, and employees were nowhere to be found. Wings are also overpriced. Went to IHOP across the street, and the service was A+.

The place was a mess, and the service was bad! My burger was cold, and the chicken in the buffalo ranch wrap was hard as a rock!

Waitress didn't even get our order to the kitchen. We sat waiting for our appetizers for 30 minutes and another 30 for our meal. The food and drinks weren't even that good. Barely any sauce on the wings, burnt fries, too much salt on the chips, and the sodas were not mixed well enough to even be enjoyed. This was not during rush hour, mind you. There was only us, 2 men at the bar, and a few people at a table behind us. The only good thing to come from this was that they gave us our appetizers and drinks for free as an apology, but the process genuinely made us wish we had up and left the moment she told us she forgot to send in our order. Would have saved us time and maybe a better meal elsewhere.

We waited way too long for our drinks... water and a soda. When while our server was attending to everyone else... got up and left.

They know how to make customers happy. I'm happy my food is perfect
