Wow. Wings are Pa. The. Tic. Literally I had two wings that had ONE BITE of chicken on it. What a sham. You want $15 for 10 bone in wings with no meat? I paid for bones and cartilage pretty much. I don’t know if this is a corporate store or a franchise but I guess we’ll find out. Edit. Contacted support and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Not like I would want a useless gift card anyway. Lol

Truly appreciate Amy the bartender hospitality was truly amazing and authentic. You don't find too many good people so when you do don't take that lightly but cherish it. And continue to be a light yourself while noticing a light in front of you. cheers💯🥂🙌🏾☝🏾🌟☺️

Server was very nice but management can't get their s*** together. Was told that they've been waiting hours to have the manager change out the Pepsi from diet to regular. When I asked the server when are they going to change it she said the manager will get irritated at her for asking questions like that. Just trying to take me in my three daughters out to eat on a Sunday night.

Wow! Impressive reviews! I went back to check reviews after writing mine.... It's clear this location doesn't care at all. There goes a half hour of my life I wont get back, wasted going between the app, to the website... to emails... trying to login or use a promo code. Who wants to pay full price with all the promos they're PROMOTING! I have an email saying I have 6 free wings in rewards, another email telling me to take advantage of the 10 free wings with a $10 purchase and something else that said on Tuesday's wings are buy one get one free! It's my own stupidity for calling Warren instead of St. Clair Shores being they're both 11 minutes away. But yea, I would have been happy with 6 free wings! ANY of the promos. So I called. Asked to place an order, explained what was going on. She told me "oh, you'll have to do that through the app, there's no way for us to enter that here." It's so crazy! Because it specifically states in the email that it can be used in store.... so I can't imagine why on earth it wouldn't be the same things while SHE stands in the store... it says just give them your phone number. If you're in the restaurant, she would have to enter it into the computer.... but hey... this is customer service in 2024 right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

This location purposely doesn’t allow people in so they can close early. I arrived 1 hour before closing and they wouldn’t sit me. I feel they are racist and the atmosphere is horrible. Dirty location, bad service, I have never been to a location this bad. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, this location gives it a bad name.

Will not accept orders within 1 hour of close… its chicken wings takes a few minutes to make

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but today was a little bit much when we were ready to go. We had to wait to get carry out and wait to get bills until they took care of their customers that had just came in OK so that was OK then someone finally came with the bill no carryout no lids Nothing and then just my husband went to the register to pay and they left him standing there for 10 minutes before someone came so I politely took my tip right back off the table, which was too much anyway. Oh, and did I mention they never came back to give us a second glass of water pop anything

Arrogant and rude staff, dirty restaurant, over priced food and definitely not a kid friendly environment.

Great food, great service, but as with typical sports bar, TOO LOUD! Would be nice to carry on conversations without shouting.

Bro, the server was the most robotic, non-engaging server I've had in a long time. Ultimately, "did her job," but not impressed. And the boneless "wings" were embarrassing. Tiny.

Atmosphere was above par per usual. The service was amazing she acted like she had to make up for the fact the food portion for the price was a 2 out of 10 at best.. I ordered a 10 peice boneless wing and got what looked like nuggets from my kids school. They don't care about price or portions by time you complain you've already been taken. Sad
