AMAZING!!! Always great service and food. Our server, Juli, was the best!
Eating at the location is great, carryout is always slow and the food just seems to be sub par when compared.
Every time I come here with my spouse we always wait for about 1-2 hours till we get our food and the waitresses are always in a bad mood I do not recommend comming here to eat. I would rather go to buffalo wild wings on 41st. :)
Dear Lord….do they not even read reviews? Yet another horrible visit. Got seated at a dirty table, waitress brought boneless instead of traditional. Brought 18 wings instead of 20 because they didn’t have enough ready…brought us two more individual wings 15 minutes later (no joke). Brought a to go drink with no straw. Went to use the bathroom and it was closed. While waiting heard two waitresses complaining about how the owners make them pay for an app to be able to access their schedules. This location continues to be a TRAIN WRECK. Does the Bdubs Franchise even care?! It’s a joke with literally a new manager every week…just pay for the gas and go to the Bixby location...it will be worth it.
Absolute horrible.. took 20 mins to get my order taken. 30 for the food and it was cold!!

Disgusting and dirty, with a side of attitude.
I don't expect people these days to take pride in their work (they're busy taking pride in other things), but I didn't figure my $60 order for 30 wings could be so royally screwed up.
From the person taking my order, who clearly was not happy to have to be working nor talking with people. To them mixing up my order and not giving me what I asked for. To the horrible end product: They dumped some wings in a box and threw a dollop of sauce on top. They didn't stir them, nor cover them in sauce. They were mostly dry, with some sauce off to the side.
Overall the take away for me was instead of making my food with love, they made it with hatred. Genuine hatred toward customers (or perhaps customers of a certain skin color).
I will never be going back to any of their locations -- regardless of what their automated bot pretending to be "management" comes online and posts as a follow-up to this review.
Attempted to dine in... Attempted. Stood at the front like a lost dog for nearly 15min waiting to be seated. Meanwhile everybody was in the back doing lord knows what. We finally get seated by this guy with a horrible attitude, making us feel like we're not supposed to be there. 5 mins later this lady walks up, she was nice, but her hair was a complete mess. If she didn't care about her basic, fixable, appearance, I wonder what else she doesn't care about. Anyways, we order water to drink. She comes back with the water and runs off before we could even ask for a straw. She then comes back and says "do yall know what yall want yet?", so we order our food because it's easy to know what you want here. I order the 6 piece bone in Buffalo, and my partner orders a cheeseburger because he heard the wings were trash here. Food comes out nearly 30 min later and he was right... My wings might have well been pulled from the trash because when I bit into them they were cold in the middle. It's like they tossed them in warm hot sauce. Never again...... Never again
