This Bdubs is disgusting, wings were so dry I couldn’t eat them. I sat for 20 mins and only got one drink, I went to the bar they say they couldn’t get me one, I asked another waitress they said only my waitress could. I will never go back
Caught them on a busy night, had a server who was training, but no complaints. Food was good, our traditional wings were disappointing (two orders), feel like we got the bottom of the bag, overcooked where they felt dried out and chewy, plus they were warm.
We had a much better visit at this location than the one close to where I live. I would definitely go again if I had a reason to be in town.
Thomas, the bartender, was attentive and wonderful. His service was impeccable and treated my wife and I with great care. Having driven up from Detroit, we love to see the passion and integrity in excellent guest service. 10/10 would solely return to this spot just to see him.
Sadly disappointed Most like will never return--- nooo I will not fill out no survey.. noo you will not make this right.. if you can't get it right thr 1st or 2nd time Pffff
My family and I went to get some classic bdubs for easter and we were unsatisfied with the chicken. We ordered 20 wings and got to about 10 of them. They were hard as rocks and the honey bbq tasted like mildewy cardboard. My toddler eats everything and he even spit it out. He enjoyed the fries though. Spent $40 and still hungry.
We went and took our family out for lunch. We were seated in a booth behind a wall next to a large party. That was alright, but our server didn't know we were there and it took about 10 min. before anyone came over. The service was slow and we felt like we were forgotten about. In the middle of the meal an ant was crawling on the table by our son's food. I'm not upset that happened (I get it things happen). I was more disappointed that when we let our waiter know he said he'd let someone know about it, but it was more dismissive. It's a restaurant and honestly it's gross having ants crawling on the tables. A simple apology and acknowledgement would have at least made us feel like our patronage mattered. We used to love BWW, but unfortunately we won't be returning any time soon.
I did a take out order over the phone a hour before you guys close, I got there at 10:42 and saw my food sitting on the counter nobody didn’t come cash me out or anything. So I left at 11 because I realized no one didn’t care, so I walk out without my food or anyway to pay
