Buffalo Wild Wings

Went in on Saturday night expecting to enjoy some good food and a big night of sports. I couldn't have been more disappointed when I walked in around 9 PM neither #5 Georgia vs #1 Texas nor Game 5 of the ALCS Yankees vs Guardians were not on any TVs over an hour after the games had started. Also, main ESPN LSU vs Arkansas was not on any screens either. I thought this was supposed to be a sports bar but whoever is running bar has no idea what's going on. Food overall was decent. Seasoning was lacking on the Chipotle BBQ dry rub. Service was not good either because it seemed like they were a little understaffed.

Good food, nice service but too slow

Placed a delivery order last night - it took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold which meant our appetizers were inedible. We ordered 30 wings but only received 20 - and 5 of the wings we received were the wrong flavor. What makes this extra infuriating is there is no way to easily report issues with orders on the site or in the app at all - just a difficult "contact us" form to navigate and we haven't heard anything back so I either need to chargeback or just eat the cost. Food was awful, communication methods are awful, don't order from here.

Jose and Jada are did an awesome job serving our family. Wings and mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. Definitely coming back

We ordered a boneless wing combo. Overall, okay, and the best food was mozzarella cheese stick 😋. Definitely, I will order it again.

Quickly greeted by Jordan and our Waitor was John, made great suggestions on the food went with all American smash burger and it was fire, asked for tea and he said it might be out so he had them brew me some. Food was great, had a blast then listened to music outside. Worked in restaurants and was a chef, these guys are who I’d want in my front of house.

I first placed an online order and went to pick it up, then changed my mind and wanted to dine there. Although the place was completely empty, I was told that I could not dine on a to-go meal there, a meal I bought from them! Horrible place!

I love coming here during happy hour since I recently moved to Rockville I wanted to find a nice spot to chill Kayla is great behind the bar she's always bubbly and attentive to my needs always great service. Jose is also a great bartender he gave me a lot of different options.

I went to BWW and asked for fresh wings. They came out with re fried pre cooked wings that were dry and tasted terrible. The manager told me corporate told them not to make fresh wings anymore that you gave to order 120 wings to get them fresh. I will not be returning to BBW go to Americas best wings if you want them to taste fresh and right.

Walked in with family and sat for 15 minutes with no service from anyone. Walked out. Not recommended.

It's a B-Dubs, so if you've been to one before, you know what to expect. This location has never been busy when I have gone and I have always been able to find a table easily. The staff is friendly and attentive in the bar area. In the summer, they have a nice outdoor patio area in the town square.

Why did it have to end up going to "Ordering" threw the phone/app, very poor change. What happend to talking to people and having small conversations. My so called "Waiter" didn't even introduce himself to me or my mum. All he asked "what can I get you to drink" very poor service & very dirty too. When me and mum left, he looked at us and didn't even ask to see if he can help out with any issue, and I tried to order threw the phone and my payment wasn't going through. I checked to make sure I didn't get charged and I didn't which is good. Just bring back good customer service and don't hire people that are not willing to work.
