1. Forgot to bring beer and arrived after 2 dishes set on the table
1.5. No menu book on table, had to wait for long to receive.
2. Received wrong order and saying “So I confirmed with you earlier”
3. Nacho at the bottom without touch of sauce is already wet.. difficult to live in AZ
4. Water cup was never refilled

Nice, classic BWW experience! I enjoyed my lunch here.
Walked in with my family looking to grab a bite to eat and there was a sign at the front that said wait to be seated. After waiting for quite some time and watching multiple employees make eye contact but not greet or even acknowledge us we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. They weren't even busy and had multiple open tables to seat us.
I keep trying to give this place a chance and its just a constant disappointment and waste of money!!
Place was not busy and we were still ignored by the waitress didn't get refills on drinks when we told her the drink tasted weird she didn't offer to fix it. Crazy she had 1 other table and still poor service!! French fries cold nachos looked and tasted horrible!! We arr done and will never come back!!!
Sadly won't be coming back to this location. We do love the food. Waiter and manager couldn't resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The staff, while fairly attentive, lacked friendliness. Not even a slight smile.
While I can generally dismiss the lack of enthusiasm for your job, even in a customer service position, I can't dismiss how utterly disappointing the food was upon arrival.
The food was a major letdown. The fries were cold, chewy, and obviously old, as if they had been sitting out for a while. The wings were also cold and noticeably old. All the sauce was completely soaked in, so you know they have been sitting a while.
When we questioned the size of the "large fries" (equally maybe 20 fries in total), we were advised that was a large. 🤨 the waitress was kind enough to return them to the kitchen only to return them mixed in with some fresher ones. The 30 boneless wings were returned with sauce added, obviously microwaved, but also with only about 10 wings.

I haven't even touched on the "Ultimate Nachos". They lacked cheese - like a couple of the 20 chips that actually had cheese on them.
And as I'm writing this review, the family behind us just returned their cold fries. Seems to be a pattern.
Before you respond asking to leave a review at the website, please don't. I see there are reviews from months ago speaking to the same thing. What is prohibiting you from addressing based on these reviews? The public ones that impact business? Hold the restaurant team accountable, including managers.
Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.
I am still waiting after 35 mins and asking 4 different people to change a channel so we can watch our home football game. I don't understand why it is so hard.
Arrived around 10:30pm when they closed at midnight. We stood at the front waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes. We made eye contact with 5 employees, not one of them smiled or greeted us. They continued to ignore us and went about their business. The place was empty. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. We left after not being acknowledged by a single employee. The place smells like a McDonald’s play pen. Will never be back.
Today 9/12/24 got to this location on Norterra planning to eat some good food after shopping, we got there at 11:30am the waiter came after 10 minutes to ask us if we would like a drink, my wife ask for a lemonade I ask for mountain dew, and right in there qe placed our order. 15, 25 minutes passed and finally got our drinks but no food, 35 minutes passed and nothing but new clients were coming in and they were getting their food. The waiter came to our table and asked you still haven't received your food I said NO!! he ask what did you order? By this time my wife was already pissed so I asked how long more to get my food as a matter of fact I just want to pay for the drinks I don't want nothing anymore. I spoke with the manager and he said I don't know what's his problem I'll find out. He said you own nothing. This is the worst place to eat if you are a Hispanic be careful because I believe that is descrimination, because everyone else who were coming in were white and they were getting their food in less than 15 minutes. My money has the same value as any other person's money. Shame on you buffalo wild wings. Never in my life will ever get close to this places.....
Ordered caryout for my son's birthday. Employees were not rude but they were not friendly either. The inside of the restaurant was busy, crowded and loud.
On top of that we were shorted about three or four wings and given some that looked like half were missing!
We have dined at BWW many times and have always given them the opportunity to redeem themselves. This is the third time in the last 7 months we have dined here and had a horrible experience. First we waited at the table for over 15 min with no service until I got up and had to go to the hostess to ask if we had a server. Mind you a bigger table of about 9 got sat and got menus and service right away. When the server did come over no menus were brought we were just suppose to know exactly what to order, luckily we did since we had been there before. After he took our order no drinks were brought instead half of our order came out so we had to stop another server to ask for those and to ask for the other half of our order. He was more attentive than the last so he brought us our drinks and our other half of the food order. The main server also forgot to put in part of our order after asking him twice. We will most likely not be going back which is a shame because the food isn’t bad quality just the service and attentiveness. This seems to happen at all the bww we go to. I will say this was one of the cleaner locations we’ve experienced but still dirty tables next to us which I’m not sure why, most of the workers did not seem in any kind of rush to get these tables cleaned even if they weren’t busy. To pay $60 for a meal and receive such bad service isn’t worth it especially when the economy is at a time like this dining out is a luxury and I don’t think quality service is too much to ask for when paying for such.
Came in at 11 when they closed at 12 and lady manger said we couldn’t order anything not even bar drinks due to having to clean vents and bar was closed down already even though there was people sitting with menus and drinks. She was rude and unsympathetic about the situation. Also had a musty smell in there
Sticky table, onion rings over cooked burnt black.
Waiter is high gave my friend coke then Diet Pepsi when he asked for Dr Pepper. Other waiter went and asked 3 tables and didn’t know where food is going.
This locations is one of the better BW's. Service is always great and TVs are usually already showing the best games. Food is good here. Wings do occasionally come out a little cold. They will bring out hot wings if you let them know.
