What a great experience and amazing turn around for this place. The staff was friendly and cheerful, food hot n fresh and the place was clean..Definitely will return . The B-Dubs after dark $4.00 pretzel knots are Bomb!!!!!!..

If I could rate a zero I would. My husband and I were going to stop in for a drink and quick appetizer but were told "we aren't currently seating anyone" then they seated a party of four who immediately came in behind us. Seat according to race

Went to grab a beer and some appetizers before the Admirals game Friday night. Went to the bar area and grabbed a table. Used the QR code on the table to order a beer and fries. Fries came out about 20 minutes later which wasn’t terrible. After about 30 minutes and a few interactions with our server who checked with the bartender multiple times we still have no beer. There was a “shortage” of tall glasses even though there was less than 20 customers in the whole restaurant. I finally went up to the bar to see where my draft beer was the MOD walked by all the taps saying they didn’t even offer the beer I ordered, meanwhile I was sitting directly in front of the tap of the beer that I ordered. The bartender finally acknowledged me after waiting at the bar for over 15 minutes. Overall received my 1 beer an hour into my time there, never received and apology or acknowledgement of the ridiculous delay from the Manager or the bartender. The only decent employee in the whole place was our server who said multiple times she wished she could get behind the bar to serve our drinks instead of us seeing the bartenders eye rolls every time our server asked her about our order.

I recommend not going here online said they open at 11:00 and we got here and tried walking in at 11:10 and the door was still locked so I called them and asked are y'all open they said yes one sec and hung up they had seen us standing outside and the service was crappy our server was very slow we had asked for silverware so we can eat our wings and by the time she had brought them to us we were already almost done with our food we had three little kids and she had brought them all big cups instead of kid cups there were two servers in a corner laughing while we were still sitting there waiting for our food and when our food came out it was cold so I do not recommend coming here.

The manager is terrible called me early in the morning and being rude I feel he needs to recognize you never laugh at a customer when you trying to be slick and never handle the situation he bad for business and for their brand he needs to be retrained how to conduct himself w customers concerns. No customer deserves to see dirty tables and managers don't say excuse me and random customers claim to be employee and steal food out the employees food warmer

I do not recommend this place. The service is horrible. The food is Mediocre. I should have known when I walked in on a Saturday night, and there was no one in there. W should have left.

Wow that was bad. Took half an hour to get drinks I got a drink, it came with flat soda and then they asked if I wanted ice in it. Wow. Wrong item came out then what we ordered. It was dry as hell.

Costumer service sucks.Manager had a problem with me because I wanted to pay after I received my food to go Last time I came here they took forever with my food and the restaurant wasn't even pack.
