Customer service is literally horrible I stood by the take out table for 20 min one worker was sitting down and did not acknowledge me being here or asked if I needed help than someone came by and ask if I’m picking up when I was ordering it should not take 20 min to realize a customer is in the building
Tried this establishment for the first time yesterday and it was horrible. The food was trash, and the manager had a bad attitude (if you don't like your job… QUIT!) The waiter was friendly until I informed him the order of wings wasn’t good at all. Then he became very rude! A few moments after the waiter’s rudeness this woman appeared at our table. She didn’t introduce herself and proceed to tell us we cannot give you a discount, but you can change your order. ( I didn’t ask for a discount, nor did I ask you to come to our table). By this time I was over Buffalo Wild Wings. When it came down to pay I was confused I thought I had to pay at the front registers only to be told I have to pay with the waiter. I left my husband to pay as my frustrations grew I thought it was best to walk out. Only to be waiting in the car for 20 minutes for my husband to pay at the register. While on the phone with my husband, the Manager ( the woman who didn't introduce herself at our table) cashed out my husband and I guess she felt like we weren’t happy with our experience and stated I hope I didn't offend your lady. I got out of my car and entered the store to tell her about her negative disposition. My husband intervene during this discussion to inform her that the customer service was lacking and she was cutting him off until he asked her to finish speaking. I will never be back at this restaurant and I hope my experience helps when deciding to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.
