Came here to watch the fights and couldn’t have had slower service. The food came out cold of course and I also had the pregnant white lady get mad at me for asking for a beer. Manage your staff.

In and out real fast great for lunch

Experience on a slow Friday night, I’ve had to ask for things to be fixed multiple times and has continued to fail on the simplest things. Our waiter made us wait for vastly way too long to even ask for refills on top of us just wanting the check. Was a waste of time and not worth going to, go to the other buffalo wild wings if you want proper service.

This place is supposed to be a nice place to eat. Drink a beer and relax last night. I went thpregnant girl rude. As she can be was our server, they need to fire her. They need to get rid of terrible personality.

So I've eaten here a few times over the last couple of weeks and I just kept thinking that it seemed a little high priced. So today I go back and have six traditional wings and two tall beers and the total was 30.29. So I called from the parking lot to ask how much they charge for the beer I drink and they said 7. Well I figured it up and turns out they charge me 9 per beer. Be sure to ask for a receipt with the prices cause it just doesn't add up. Wings 9.99 +7+7= 25.97 And they charge me 9.99+9+9=30.29

I don’t understand why this place can’t be staffed to have decent service. We love eating here and usually come once a week & unfortunately the service always sucks! The food has been great and comes out hot, But good luck getting a refill. Management needs to set up their staff for success and train for perfection. I come from a 100% customer focused industry and this place is lacking that.

The waitress was rude. Almost seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Food quality has declined since my last visit.
