Not just bad service but NO service…
Meals were spread apart rather then coming as a group.Sucked!!!
Was shocked at how tiny the boneless wings were. They were about the size of popcorn chicken. Order was also cold when I picked it up.

Waited 10+ minutes, no one came to the table. Three tables in the entire restaurant were occupied and not one staff member to be seen.
No longer giving menus out or accepting cash. Wait staff are rude and inattentive
I ordered myself, my pregnant wife, and three children dinner at 7:15 pm via the app. Initial delivery time was 8:05. 8:14 rolls around and we still had not received our order and the app offer no hopes of tracking the delivery. So we called and we're told that our food was sitting there waiting on a driver. We hung up, processed this information for approximately 45 seconds, and called back. We ask that our order be canceled and card be refunded (which of course would take up to 10 business days). The young man who adjudicated this issue for us was in no way apologetic nor hospitable to try to maintain a customer. Granted he did nothing wrong but process refund, but it felt like a slap in the face as if to say " sucks for you ". Suffice it to say, as for me and my house, we would not be dining at Buffalo wild wings henceforth and hitherto
