Buffalo Wild Wings

There is a waitress here named “Naz” who went above and beyond for me and my wife and spotted I was military which I usually say nothing when I’m out in public. Naz was polite, considerate and the best waitress I’ve ever had. I’m going to tell my fellow soldiers about this waitress. Give that woman a promotion. Also she wasn’t even our waitress for the evening. She was someone else’s.

Very unprofessional atmosphere staff yelling an cussing at each other in front of customers 10min wait on tables to be done in saw more people walk out than tables seated the wings was dry tots was cold placed two orders back to back an 30min gap in-between receiving both orders

This was my first time here. Definitely don't think I'm going back. The soda machine and tea containers looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The walls looked dusty and floors looked like they needed to be cleaned and it just opened. My buffalo chicken sandwich was bland other than the mound of sauce on it. Not impressed at all.

Great place to watch football with friends. Will be back again

Ordered Traditional/Boneless Combo. Missing wings and quality was horrible. Fries were stale and cold..VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT HOME. AND SAW MY FOOD. Very disappointing

Boston hg is the shit. She hooked us up with the juiciest burgers in Killeen. Service was 10/10 will most definitely come back every weekend.

The music was not as loud as other similar restaurants so we enjoyed our food without having to scream across the table. The waitress "Naz" was super nice.

Haven't been here in two years, since my last disappointing visit, so we figured we would try in out again. Shame on me. We were greeted and requested a table but the tried to fit five of us in a booth, elbow to elbow. After a bit they decided to sit us in a four person table, in the back, and add a chair to the end. The place was not busy at all, now I understand why. Looking behind us we see two 6 person tables empty but were told that the waitress wasn't working that section, So on our own we pulled two four person tables together. Waitress took our drinks and they came out quick and food was delivered quick. My 6 pc boneless chicken meal came out with 6 piece of chicken equivelant in size to two joints on my index finger on each piece. The waitress took it back and they gave me regular size pieces. I assume quality control does not exist in the kitchen because the initial serving should have never made it out of the kitchen. Overall very diappointed and they will not get a third opportunity to take my money and provide substandard food and service.
