Fantastic food and fantastic atmosphere services grade employees are great. Every thing turns out great highly recommended to go here and eat and watch sports.

Great lunch

Stopped by to get an order to go .. person that took my order was very very rude. If someone is paying you salary with their food order - you should be nice and apricative towards them. After a hard day of work - I was not about to put up with this B.S. >> so I walked out to give another food establishment my business. Never again will I patronize this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

I placed an order for pick up and the person working to go was very rude and very slow i showed them my ticket on my phone to show proof that i had placed an order and they tried to tell me that another order with an completely different name and flavor was mine and they already set it out. Here’s a tip maybe you should check who’s taking what instead of just setting it out on a rack and trusting everyone that walks in with a phone to actually pick up the correct one. It takes two seconds to check lol. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP FROM HERE

Went in for an interview here twice and the managers were being disrespectful during my interview when they tell you their hiring their really not.

Ordered a double smash burger and tator tots. Both very over cooked. No flavor, very little condiments. Will not order again

Waited 25 minutes for dry, overcooked wings.

I just came to BWW in Katy for a pickup order but I was so sad to hear the host lady whispering to the manager “oh they are 2 but I don’t speak Spanish” and give us the bad look our way. I didn’t experienced any racist comment or racial attitude against me at these restaurants before, because I’m bilingual and know English and Spanish so it’s so sad that she didn’t even try to talk with us. Otherwise the manager who attended us in English was super nice and kind. Thank you to him.
