Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Awesome wings with so many great sauce flavors. The burgers and chicken sandwich are also amazing.

The wings were dry fries weren't good over priced

This is my 3rd time trying the experiment that is bww to-go and it will be the last... 1st time was average, no complaints. 2nd time they forgot to give me an order of wings and when I called them to see if I could be refunded for the wings that I didn't get, they said i must be mistaken and they hung up on me. 3rd time, I made an order and found out my plans changed to due to circumstances out of my control. So I tried to call and cancel my order, but nobody picked up the phone... I called atleast 5 times over the course of 20 minutes until they finally picked up and said the food was ready and that I could get refunded by calling the manager. I called the manager just for him to say that "the workers shouldn't have told me that" and that he would contact the regional manager and then get back to me. 7 days later and he nobody has called me back... Absolutely horrendous service. There are plenty of other places for me and guys to get wings, it wont be from Wild wings again.

Not going to lie i tried giving them a chance but after the 3rd order being messed up i cant no more lol staff has to stop being stoned and focus on orders. Im stuck with 20 wings no fries. Get a delivery person for mess ups.

Quick service and all and the woman went to get my food when I got there. 2 stars because the food I ordered was garbage. Boneless wings and chicken nuggets are two different things. I’ve had boneless wings at an actual BWW restaurant before and know how they look. I’ve attached a picture as reference to what I received at this location

First order was not edible and too salty. Management was good about replacing the order or at least part of it.

Rude employee
