Buffalo Wild Wings

The restaurant was not busy when we entered at all, however it still took over 40 minutes for the food to come out. Only half of our order came out first , but it came out COLD! Worst experience, didn’t even try to offer us anything for the wait. Decided to leave and pay for our drinks and appetizers only. Worst experience, don’t recommend.

One of the wrost places. Wings is always burnt Barley no sauce in there. Most of the staff is very rude they need better manmanagement. No napkins. Place is kind of dirty. They also need more staff

Estuve 20 minutos esperando al mesero ya que no pude hacer mi pedido por la app y nadie se acercó a atenderme, fue llegando más gente después de mi y los fueron atendiendo primero a ellos que a mi y solo habíamos 3 personas en mesas.

I hate chains like this but i have to admit, were good wings and service. Stuck here bc friends i was visiting could walk here.

They don't have everything available that is listed on their menu. It's cold inside. Barely any chicken in the wraps.

Buffalo Wild Wings has gone up so much that it’s not worth it going there anymore. Which accounts for it to being 1/4 full even during peek football season. 10 piece chicken wings will cost you almost $11 plus carrot sticks $1.75 or if you want fries $3.99 for $15 you can have a real good sit down meal still in most places. This place is getting way too high. Let’s all Thank the Democrats for that

We had a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a lot of TVs so you can see the games from any seat. Not a beer drinker but the Twisted Tea on Draft is yummy!! Great place to watch the Cowboys!

Service was horrible. When we got there, the restaurant was so cold that my husband decided to go back home to get sweaters for all of us so that we could eat there and have a nice family dinner. After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, I got up and asked if I needed to order To Go instead, because maybe they were understaffed and they assured me we could dine in. Nachos came out first along with the kids meal and mozzarella sticks, my girls finished eating and we had no drinks. My husband had to go buy a bottled soda from the To Go area so that we could have something to drink in our table while we waited for our drinks and the restaurant of the food. I asked to speak with Dez the manager 2 times, he never came. My husband ordered a dos x in a bottle, they brought us a draft beer which we ended up replacing with a Heineken in a bottle because he doesn’t like draft beers. We decided to cancel the rest of our order and just order Wingstop instead because we were upset at the fact that our table was being neglected. We just wanted to have a normal Friday night dinner as a family. I left crying because of how horrible the service was, cameras should be checked and they will confirm everything. BWW should hire another manager because Dez doesn’t know how to be a good manager as he should speak with customers when they ask for him and not ignore them, specially when it comes to matters like these.

Service and food are always great. Sage is an amazing server.

I don’t know if it was a bad day for this particular branch, but the Buffalo dry rub traditional wings I ordered had almost ZERO of the actual rub on it. It was basically plain, super disappointing. I usually love BDubz but this was not good.
