Buffalo Wild Wings

Enjoyed the chicken wings on a return trip, glad they are back in stock. Old Review: They don't have chicken wings... yes, I said that correctly. Nachos come with a cup of salsa that is only good for literally about 3 chips. Ask for more and you get another microsized cup of weird tasting stuff that is clearly different salsa from the first. The boneless wings simply suck. Unable to sit in the better dining area with all the tv's because they are understaffed. Really no good reason to return and pay full price for this kind of garbage. Wish I could give zero stars. Update: tried to pick up food here and that was also a complete waste of time. Employee had a strange explanation about them 'running out of ingredients' then proceeded to say she would still be able to complete the order...what??? Just admit that you and your restaurant are completely screwed up and beyond repair. I think it is known as fubar.

Overall experience was very mediocre, with the only pros being the service and their late night hours. The wings are pretty pricey on a regular day, with 15 wings by itself costing upwards of $20. The wings themselves were pretty dry, and neither the sauces on it, nor drowning the wings in ranch could save how brittle and flaky the meat of the chicken was. I wouldn’t be surprised if I was served wings that have been sitting all day rather than cooked a fresh batch. The waitress was pleasant and checked on us when she could, but unfortunately that’s not enough to change the fact that the wings were bad at a place that specializes in wings.

Service is awful. I won't go back. Manager said on latest example of poor service -- to defend server -- that she had a huge crowd on the porch. Well all the tables around us got goid service. We got almost none. Had to ask 3 times for celery and carrots. They came after we finished our wings. If it was so tough on the porch, that should have been the server's only assignment. The management is poor. Really needs to be revamped.

Never a bartender at the bar

The experience as a whole was amazing. Del did an absolutely perfect job and the food was delicious.

Worst experience ever. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:50pm. Order was taken for drinks and food in an acceptable amount of time. After waiting 45 mins the waiter offered us celery and carrots. Then 20 mins later 1 persons order came out. Next order came out once first person was almost done. Last order took 20 more minutes to come out and everything was cold. After we received all the food the waiter disappeared and wasn’t seen again until we had been there for 2 hours. The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of staff walking around. We will not be back to this location. Lexington maybe but no time me soon.
