Fresh pork never frozen. Hand rubbed with our secret seasoning, and smoked 16-18 hours with hickory wood coals. Hand pulled then lightly chopped. (Includes 6oz sauce per pound.)

We start with a whole chicken, split it in half, hand rub with our seasoning, then cook it for 4-5 hours with hickory wood.
