Fresh pork Boston butt hand rubbed with our secret seasoning and smoked 16-18 hours. You chop it when you’re ready to eat. This is perfect for freezing. Average 5 – 6 pounds.

We start with a whole chicken, split it in half, hand rub with our seasoning, then cook it for 4-5 hours with hickory wood.
