Morgan is incredibly rude. She seemed rude to other employees and service was awful. Had to wait so long for her to notice me and take my order. She was bent over the counter on her phone and would continue to keep checking her phone non stop and seemed distracted… she had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times. Absolutely love their drinks but the service i experienced today was awful and i don’t think i will be coming back while that woman is there.

The menu is simple enough to understand, even if you’ve never ordered/tried boba before, yet Bubbles offer a nice variety of flavor and add-in options. There’s something for everyone! Too sweet smoothies. They do not let you choose the level of sweetness and they do not even use real fruit. I pay 6 bucks for cheap syrup, artificial flavor and water mix…

Always delicious, fast, and fresh! Staff is friendly too!

I went at 5pm and they where closed. Waste if time

6pm on a Monday and they are closed? Not sure what’s going on there which is disappointing as they have pretty good bubble tea.
