Bubblebase - Bubble Tea & Espresso

Love the bubble tea now. Changed my review coz they took my feedback positively and now i try and get a bubble tea from here every other day. Love it

Greeted at the counter by both staff members. The staff gave full attention and guidance to my order. Able to suggest to me through the various selection of drinks available. Service was very good and professional. Did not have long to wait. I ordered the Caramel Bubbleccino with strawberry bubbles. Most definitely delicious.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! it’s always a warm welcome when me and my sister come here, the staff are unconditionally kind and will be happy to help anyone! if you get anxious talking to people this is the place for you because the staff mostly lead the conversation. i come here often and i love the drinks! (ps: i recommend the caramel matcha for those who don’t like overly sweet drinks!) i will carry on returning tbh i think forever! thank you bubblebase!

This is the first place I ever tried bubble tea and it fuelled my obsession! Nice and patient staff, convenient location, good pricing and great options. Just one off of 5 due to no seating.

I've been going here since it first opened years and years ago and honestly, it's still my go to whenever I'm craving bubble tea, first and best in cardiff for bubble tea in my humble oppionion. Favourite drink is a mango milk tea flushed with tapioca, got it when I first went here in 2012 and have been getting it since.

My go to place for a perfect matcha, love coming back here every time I'm in the area. Lovely, fast service with fantastic drink options and workers. x

Had my regular matcha order and I have to say its the best quality matcha in cardiff by far. I highly recommend it if you're a matcha lover like me!
