Fabulous place for seafood, great music and friendly service.

The food was horrible. We took the lobster stuffed shrimps and we couldn't swallow it, this is how bad it was. We would not expect fresh seafood in alberta for this price, but it was poorly made on top of it. Everything else you had the feeling you are eating more of breading than meat... no thank you.

We went there to have dinner/birthday celebration of my nephew. There were 12 people in the party. Our food attendant is "Genie"(?) We enjoyed the night. Thursday28March2024

Food and atmosphere are good. However, watch out for the drinks here. If you ask for a pint of beer, it'll be a $16 beer because you have to buy the novelty glass they serve it in. Edit: increasing review to 4 stars as the owner did reach out to address/resolve this.

My recent dining experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Edmonton was extremely disappointing and concerning. During our dinner, my companions and I were appalled to discover a corner of a plastic bag in our salad dish. This blatant disregard for food safety standards is unacceptable and left us feeling deeply unsettled. Upon notifying our server, the manager intervened and retrieved the dish. Understandably, we were hesitant to accept any replacement given the severity of the situation and our genuine concerns about the safety of the food. Shockingly, despite this glaring oversight, the restaurant failed to offer any form of compensation or even remove the contaminated dish from our bill. This lack of accountability and failure to address the issue promptly and adequately reflects poorly on the management and overall operation of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. As paying customers, we expect and deserve better. It is alarming to witness such negligence towards food safety, especially in a restaurant of this caliber. I urge the management of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. to prioritize the implementation of stringent food safety protocols and to take customer concerns seriously. Until such measures are in place and our confidence in the establishment is restored, I regretfully cannot recommend dining at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. to others.

The food was absolutely horrible. Everything else was meh.

Cool restaurant but food is quite bland and over priced for quality and quantity.

Went with family and friends the experience was awesome, I loved the movie so the theme was right at home with me, the food was also great, the salmon I got was a little small but I was wanting a smaller meal anyways, my uncle got a bucket of shrimp as well as a bowl of soup that ended up being too much for him so we ended up sharing, the food was great, so was the beer, the waitress was super talkative, at the end we had a great time.

My husband and I loved it. Our waitress (Lyn) was awesome. Super kind and gave us some fun trivia questions. The atmosphere was amazing. We were in awe at the decor and absolutely loved it. The food was fairly good. Some hit and misses (a bit overcooked in some areas), but overall it was a great dinner. We definitely hope to be back soon with friends!

Great atmosphere and service, Jacquelyn is amazing with her friendly approach and great smile. The place has interesting and attracting decorum, obviously in the climate of the movie. As for the food - not overly impressive. Not bad but nothing to come back for. For me it was likely one time experience, without great food I won’t miss the place. Good one time memory though.
