BTG Wine Bar is one of my most favorite restaurants in SLC. The ambiance is amazing. The food is so good! Same food as Caffe Molise. I love the wine flights. We ordered the Polenta con Salsiccia and Gnocchi di Patate with chicken. The pastas come with an amazing side salad and bread.

BTG has a great vibe. Definitely the place for a good happy hour, first date or third, solo date (I think those are fun), overall, go for a great wine experience. You'll get to try whatever wine they have to offer. Imagine you first wine tasting experience, this is a great place to start. The vibe is just right, the place is clean. Service is excellent. They serve by-the-glass wine in 2oz, 5oz or by the bottle. Flights averagely come with 3 glasses. If you are three, that is nine glasses on the table. Hope no one is clumsy at the end of the night🤭🤭 Enjoy BTG!

Amazing! So classy!

*Update: Still a wonderful place! I will miss BTG Wine Bar when we move to MD in the spring. Such a nice place for a glass or 3 of wine. It was great for a date night with my hubby. Next time I'll bring some girlfriends for a ladies night. The food was great and they have a wonderful wine selection. I've now been to BTG Wine Bar about 6 times and I love it even more every time I go. I love bringing new friends who have never stumbled upon this gem! Update: The wine bar is still awesome! It makes my heart 😊

Best desserts we have ever had!

Amazing food. Great wine selection. Sets the standard for service. Highly recommend checking this place out. 100% try the eggplant meatballs.

Excellent food and service but not welcoming from the outside....don't let the appearance deceive you!!

First off, I'm from out of town and these guys are way way better then Spencer's. Secondly, I have celiacs and they guided me on what to order and I didn't get sick. I'm writing this the next day so if you have celiacs you know. Third, the wine in all bottles is protected by argon, which is heavier than air. You'll never have a bad wine at this place and they have a selection. Fourth, service is great. Fifth, food was great. If I come back to Salt Lake, I'll bring my fellow travelers here. With that I give them 5 stars on every thing.
