My family started with the idea of bringing the legendary tastes of our famous, generational recipes to Historic Downtown Troy. Just a few months after opening in March of 2022, we suffered a sudden and tragic loss. My husband suffered a massive stroke and passed away June 10, 2022. My 2 sons and I had to quickly adjust. With a new sense of purpose, we had to continue our journey. We had the opportunity to relocate to a larger space which offered us the ability to expand our menu. The larger space gave us room to host parties, provide shipping, catering, add shakes and specialty drinks to our menu, and even add 2 additional ovens! We are known for our "5 Generation" Pound Cake. It's been enjoyed, sliced, and served.
