Noon on a Saturday and the restaurant couldn’t be grosser. I can get my crumbs on the floor but there’s splatter all over the walls. And my biggest complaint is not only the bathrooms so disgusting but it’s 2024 and there are no changing tables in the restrooms. Do better, Brueggers.

I called to place a order and was asked what I would like, once I said what I wanted I was told that I would have to come in person or place it on the app so what was the point of asking what I would like

When you've never been into a place, it is very nice to have signs to indicate where you are supposed to stand to place your order instead of having rude people speak to you. Unkindly.
