Very good service, I asked for steak sauce cooked in and they did it without hesitation. The main cook Lucas prepared my sandwich and it was the best one I’ve ever had, highly recommend.

Great flavors, but the other reviews were right about the portion size. If you were hungry then it probably wouldn’t fill you up with the 7’. The price is about what you’d expect right next to a mall and downtown Spokane. The chicken sandwhich was spot on with flavors. Lots of cheese within it too. The teas were pretty unique and tasty as well. We liked the mandarin orange.

Food was great, however the gentleman at the counter taking orders was very rude. He was very "huffy" and impatient with me while I was ordering for my kids (for example my very picky daughter didnt want meat on her sub, just cheese, mayo, etc and he rudely said you have to have meat). When I ordered a cheese steak sub for my son he rudely said "what kind" and gestured up to the sign saying "you have to pick". Maybe he was just having a bad day, but it certainly made me regret stopping in.

The menu online is not accurate and does not reflect the actual items available. Tried to order a turkey club w/no bacon or onions. Online it says it is $7.99 with fries and a pickle...they charged me $14.35 for the turkey sandwich which was dry, no ranch or mayo and no pickle. They did offer a refund and the employees were nice and professional...they just have an inaccurate menu.
