BROT = BREAD in German. We are a Cottage Food Operation offering Artisan Sourdough Bread and a variety of bread baking classes. Our recipes are inspired by our German heritage, traditional European sourdough cultures mixed with new ideas from bread artisans around the world. We use organic, stone-ground flour and natural sourdough starter for a flavorful, healthy and longer-lasting bread. Each loaf is crafted by hand and baked to order in our home kitchen.
