Broth House

Great food! Probably one of the best ramen noodles in NS. I understand, though, why it takes time for your orders to get served because when we dined there, it was a one-man-army show; food server, cook and cashier is done by one person. The place is tight and there's only street parking in the nearby vicinity. Public parking is a bit of a walk.

This is the noodle house Halifax was missing. Sit at the counter and watch the action. Fast service and extremely flavorful food. Get your slurp on. And don't be afraid to go without the broth. The saucy noodles are even better.

Very satisfied with Broth House! You can tell that each ingredient was made with care and thought, we got the miso and taiwanese beef. The taiwanese beef was very tender but still chewy, which was perfect! loved every slurp and bite. The menu was small but catered to a wide variety of tastes, would definitely come back here Vegetarian options: Had a Vegetarian option for appetizers and mains, could be more.

Absolutely incredible, best noodles in Halifax

Excellent. The broth, noodles, veg are top level. Meats are on par with best in town. It's up there with Truly Tasty for best in city.

I went here for an early dinner the same week that the snow storms started and it was a treat! They seat just a little over 22(25?) so keep that in mind if going with a large group. The bathroom was pristine and fully stocked with the essentials. Clean environment overall. I had the Chicken Teriyaki Noodle dish and sampled all the appetizers except for the ribs. Everything was tasty!! My personal favorite, which honestly surprised me, was the pickled Daikon!! It was super crisp and refreshing, and the perfect palette cleanser for all the savory dishes I tried. The pork belly bun was super juicy and the just the perfect size to serve as a sensible prequel to a progressive (never had chicken Teriyaki with broth before) yet predictably delicious noodle dish. I will 100% come back to finish the rest of the menu!!!!
