Brittingham Boats

I had a great time renting a single kayak for a Saturday afternoon. I had made a reservation, so check-in was easy and smooth. Staff were friendly and offered good suggestions. The kayak was sturdy and fairly easy to paddle for someone who doesn't normally kayak (yet). I would recommend this place for anyone, visitor or resident!

Easy access for ice fishing this winter. Parking lot only 100 feet from the water.

Great selection of boats, including single and double kayaks, canoes, and SUP. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. This place needs a water bottle refill station and/or a drinking fountain. So far, I have only kayaked. I want to try the SUP and will do that soon and update. Have been out on a SUP several times. Has been challenging and fun. The crew at Brittingham has been super helpful. Another fantastic paddle in August. Saw a guy on a paddle board with 2 dogs on the board. He was throwing a ball into the lake and the dogs were swimming back and climbing onto his board
