Best bakery!

Service is a 4 solely because of set up and how busy it is, nothing to do with staff - nice and hardworking folks. It would help to have more signs up, or every 10 min or so verbally announce to customers what new stuff is behind the counter, esp since there's usually a line. Captive audience! There just isn't enough room to put everything out, and it always feels rude getting up to the counter front not knowing what you want yet... But I miss out on delicious items! Today I grabbed some biscuits at the last minute, black pepper? Something like that? Not on your regular menu, best thing I've eaten in recent memory, really hope you keep making them. Sandwiches are amazing, bread is amazing. Pastries aren't overly sweet and are often interesting. Can't really go wrong here.
